Sales Forecasting

Issuing the sales forecast and updating it month by month. The sales forecast is created based on the business historical data, applying statistical models, events, dynamic regression diagnostics and judgmental approaches. Seasonality, trends, opportunities and other challenges are defined for each SKU through the forecasting process, and communicated. Building the full inventory planning platform each month. The recommended quantities to place the new orders for suppliers base on the input of the future demand, from the sales forecast on a monthly basis, along with the data of the current inventory levels, incoming orders, lead times, MOQs and container capacities. The price includes the optimization of the order sizes and orders frequency, as well as the recommendations for products to promote or discontinue. For FBA, Zappos (or any distribution centers) businesses additional recommendations for the shipments to Amazon/DCs are provided each/twice a month.


		
 
	
 	

			
		



Supply Management

Managing the supply of the recommended order quantities from the suppliers to the warehouses (3PLs and/or Amazon), including all packaging/label instructions. All the collaboration with the suppliers, including placing the orders, expediting the orders and arranging the freights; updates on the shipments, ETAs and any changes in the plans are in place to address and communicate with the team. The price includes informing 3PLs about the expected PO arrivals, as well as building Shipping Plans and printing ID labels on Amazon, and informing 3PLs about the requested shipments, if any, to Amazon each/each other week.
